• Be advised that we do not offer any refunds or accept returns for meals, juice and smoothies paid for and confirmed delivered.
• For Same-Day delivery, complete your order by 11am. A “Complete Order” is when we’ve confirmed receipt of your payment.
• Every meal are freshly made — just for you — so a 6 hours preparation and delivery timeframe is required for smooth services.
• Same day delivery is very possible even past 5 pm, however this depends on your order, location, dispatch rider, and traffic.
• We offer no assurances for same day delivery on order(s) made past 12pm, and we’d appreciate your patience during this time.
• We’d not be held liable for reactions to any allergies that weren’t properly communicated during the preparation stage.
• You can pay your delivery fees directly to the dispatch rider upon receipt of your meal package. Pls confirm receipt of order(s).
