Abula is a beloved Yoruba delicacy made up of three iconic components: soft, smooth amala, creamy gbegiri (bean soup), and freshly prepared ewedu (jute leaf soup) with premium proteins (Goat Meat, Kopmo, and Full Assorted). This timeless combination delivers a perfect balance of texture, flavour, and nourishment.
Our Abula is prepared traditionally, using well-cooked beans for the gbegiri and freshly blended ewedu leaves for a light, slippery consistency. The amala is smooth, lump-free, and perfectly paired to soak up the rich soups.
Abula is commonly enjoyed with assorted proteins such as beef, goat meat, fish, or ponmo, making it a filling and satisfying meal suitable for lunch or dinner. Prepared fresh on order, this dish delivers the true taste of Yoruba home cooking.

- Same day delivery is very possible even past 5 pm, however this depends on your order, location, dispatch rider, and traffic.
- We offer no assurances for same day delivery on order(s) made past 12pm, and we’d appreciate your patience during this time.
- We’d not be held liable for reactions to any allergies that weren’t properly communicated during the preparation stage.
